Vampires is a French language supernatural horror television series.
Vampires origins a teenager named Doina, is a 17-year-old girl who lives the life of an ordinary human high school girl. She is half human and half vampire as her mother is a vampire and father a human. She struggles with her emerging powers and family mayhem. She lives with her mother and a brother, while two of her elder siblings moved out. They all try their best to keep their vampire identities a secret from the world. Doina’s mother gives her and her younger brother some mysterious pills that help them suppress their vampire instincts and abilities. But it just takes one incident to completely turn her life around, when she stop taking those pills on her brother’s suggestion and experiences vampire instincts for the first time. Doina finds herself in a world of the supernatural. She gets chased by a secret vampire community because of her extraordinary powers.
